Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) is intense episodes of dizziness/vertigo thought to be caused by debris which has collected within a part of the inner ear. BPPV is a common cause of dizziness. During an episode of BPPV, I often become incredibly dizzy, struggle to walk resulting in falling over, have intense periods of sickness and sometimes can be sick during an episode.
